学习心得及收获 ：
Things that I have learned within these years are gain more experience in work. Xing Zhi has offered me a good opportunity in experience how a company or project runs like. It is always a challenge that works as a volunteer in there because all the things never went smooth as we planned before, it must be a problem await to be solve. Through this, it has strengthened my patience and working ability. I know we will never experience this kind of things in high school or university. During these 5 years, my main job can consider as video editor and I have completed more than 15 videos that Xing Zhi requested. Furthermore, I also able to follow the team to explore more places through the volunteer work, I feel great and appreciate the chance given by Xing Zhi.
I currently have no comment on the team but wish it can works better and better in the future time.
