马来西亚行知文教发展中心简介于2009年2月成立，是首个在马来西亚以中国伟大教育家陶行知名字注册，特以风下之乡为基地，弘扬行知精神为根本，推动赏识之道为使命，提升办学素质为宗旨，举办国际文教交流的民间非营利文教组织。

拥有 40 余年的办学与学校管理经验，他潜心研究陶行知思想与赏识教育理念，形成独特的教育理念与办学宏愿。因办学理念先进，成功领导学校跨入 21 世纪并为该校全方位攀高峰，沙巴崇正中学因此在 2006 年被马来西亚国家教育部评为十大民办华文中学之一。三年后，该校在 2009 年被国家教育部颁发全国五星级卓越学校的最高私立学校殊荣。
自 2009 年带领行知中心走过了 5000 多天，他曾以多种语言到中国、港澳台地区、马来西亚、韩国、新加坡等地推广行知赏识之道，在新冠病毒疫情之前的讲座场数：3183，过去 11 年平均每年超过 280 场，受益学校：2486，受益人数约 57 万人听过他的讲座，广受欢迎。同时，在国内外有超过 100 所国际行知赏识实验学校，研究基地及示范学校，以研究、实践及推广爱的规律。他认为行知赏识文化是人类春天的事业，并尊奉陶行知先生“捧着一颗心来、不带半根草去”的奉献精神去开拓人类春天的事业。
曾受邀到北京人大附中，北京第二实验小学，北京清华附小等中国名校为家长、老师及学生们作了多场行知赏识教育讲座，深获好评。
曾校长演讲风格亲切近人、幽默风趣、深入浅出、能以浅白的生活例子诠释深奥的教育道理。听众往往能在“听故事、观短片”的轻松笑声与掌声中，受到感染与受教犹未觉。

With more than 40 years of experience in school management, he has devoted himself to researching Tao Xingzhi’s thought and concept of Appreciation Education, and has formed a unique educational concept and school-running vision. Due to the advanced concept of running a school, it has successfully led the school into the 21st century and climbed the peak for the school in all directions. Therefore, Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School was rated as one of the top ten private Chinese secondary schools by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia in 2006. Three years later, in 2009, the school was awarded the highest private school award as a five-star outstanding school in the country by the Ministry of Education.
Since 2009, he has led Xingzhi Centre for more than 5,000 days. He has travelled to China, (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore and other places to promote the Xingzhi Appreciation in various languages. The number of lectures before the Covid-19 epidemic: 3,183. In the past 11 years, there have been an average of more than 280 lectures per year, benefiting schools: 2,486, and about 570,000 beneficiaries have heard his lectures, which are very popular. At the same time, more than 100 International Xingzhi Appreciation experimental schools or research bases have been established at local and abroad to study, practice and promote the law of love. He believes that the pursuit of the culture of Xingzhi Appreciation is the career of humanity, and respects Mr. Tao Xingzhi’s dedication spirit of “coming with a heart and not taking half a blade of grass” to develop the career of humanity.
He has been invited to the High School Affiliated to Beijing Renmin University of China, Beijing No. 2 Experimental Primary School, Beijing Tsinghua Primary School and other famous schools in China to give many lectures on Xingzhi Appreciation Education for parents, teachers and students, which
have been well received.
Principal Tsen has a distinctive speech style, being cordial and approachable,
humourous, explaining the profound things in simple terms, and being able to explain profound educational principles with simple life examples. The audience can often be influenced and educated by the relaxed laughter and applause of “listening to the story and watching the short film”.
